DeskPaw Memory Development Rules

Keep this module independent from deskpaw-agent; integration uses the local JSON-line socket protocol.
SQLite is the authority. Markdown bundle files are human-readable projections, not a second source of truth.
Never store credentials, hidden reasoning, or unbounded raw tool output as memory.
Memory service failure must not stop the device agent from accepting or executing tasks.
Run npm test after code changes. Do not publish or push unless the user asks.
